Cuckoo clocks are no longer what they used to be. That´s a good thing! The emancipated bird of the world has laid claim to its own home, strictly separated from the clock and hands. After a thorough refurbishment, the wooden hut has given way to two maximally purist chrome-plated steel housings. The clockwork is noiseless, and for a change it also works without ticking. Batteries replace the obligatory pine cone weights - winding the clock (which is constantly forgotten) is no longer necessary. Hanging on the wall or alternatively standing on the table, one thing has remained the same: It chirps once an hour. There has to be that much bird! And thankfully, depending on the setting, it can also be switched off at night. Then there´s peace and quiet in the box.
Steel Chrome plated.
