Designer Hans Bølling originally came from the advertising industry, before he turned his passion, architecture, into his profession. The Danish designer studied at the Royal Danish Art Academy in Copenhagen and not only designed furniture and decorations, but also whole buildings.
Here, too, an attentive observer could already see the love of Hans Bølling for parrots of all kinds - the Designer used them skillfully in many of his works. In 1961 Hans Bølling has created decoration objects with the Discus wooden birds which display his favourite animals greatly.
