Shipping cost quoted on the website includes shipping, handling, and insurance for shipping via UPS or US Postal Service. If you have a carrier preference or special shipping instructions, please, indicate it during the checkout process.
Shipping cost is calculated based on weight and dimensions of each product. Special handling charge for heavy or bulky items is added in addition to regular shipping charge for certain items like furniture, lamps and a few others. Whenever a special handling charge applies it is indicated as a part of the product description.

Shipping rates for International orders are based on the country, shipping method, weight, dimensions and value of the shipment.
International shipping time is an estimate, once the package is accepted by the carrier we do not have control over it, we are not responsible for any possible delays including delays in customs processing. Please, note that there are certain product type, weight and dimensions restrictions for International orders that would make it impossible to ship certain items, in this case, you will be notified before the order is processed by us. You are responsible for any applicable customs duties, government and brokerage fees.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost (or, if such order is refunded, the return shipping will be subtracted from refund amount). Speranza Design Gallery is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer.
Once your order is received, the payment will be processed and in-stock items will be shipped within 2 Business Days.
We currently ship most of the products out of our Texas location. The Standard shipping time within the US is 2 to 6 business days depending on the destination.
You will be able to access tracking information through the “My Account” feature on our website.
We offer Expedited (2-3 business days in addition to 48-hour processing time) and Express (1-2 business days) shipping options for most products to destinations within the contiguous United States. We cannot offer Expedited or Express delivery to APO, FPO, PO Boxes or international shipments.
Shipping Cutoff Time for Express Shipping: 12:00 pm Central US Time Zone, and 3:00 pm for Standard and Expedited shipping, Monday through Friday. If the order is received on Monday before Noon, the following delivery estimates apply:
- Standard Shipping: Friday of the same week - Wednesday of the following week.
- Expedited Shipping: Wednesday - Friday of the same week
- Express Shipping: Tuesday - Wednesday of the same week
Orders received after the respective cutoff times, on weekends or postal holidays will be processed on the next business day.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
Each product is thoroughly inspected and carefully packed before leaving our warehouse in accordance with the carrier’s guidelines. Should you receive the product in a damaged condition, apparent or concealed, you must retain the damaged product and all packing materials and report it to us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can file the claim with the carrier and send you replacement or issue a full refund and/or arrange for returning the damaged product to us.
We will not be able to accept any returns of products damaged in transit after 48 hours of delivery, no exceptions!
You may cancel your order of regular stock items at any time prior to shipment by us. Once an item has been shipped, the order can not be canceled, it will have to be returned in accordance with our Return Policy. Special orders can only be canceled if the order has not yet been placed with our vendor.
Sales tax in the amount of 8.25% of the order value (including shipping price) will be automatically charged for all orders to be delivered to addresses within the state of Texas.
