The Penguin figures were designed by Hans Bunde way back in 1954 - one for each of his sisters. Thanks to Architect Made, the elegant birds now find their place on the sideboard or shelf at home, where they attract everyone's attention with their shapely silhouette and high-contrast painting.
The penguins are made of beech wood. While the dense plumage of the animal figures is characterized by the black painted back, the light chest shows the natural grain of the wood.
