This gingerbread house might be better than one made out of real gingerbread since you can create it without the crumby and sticky mess that comes with the edible one. You can also easily fold this 3D card back up when you're done and reuse it for next year. You can't do that with one fashioned out of gooey frosting and breakable gingerbread pieces!
